  • During the final assembly process, the edge finisher/glue did not dry completely before the pockets/openings were pressed closed. When the sections were pulled apart, it left cosmetic glue residue marks and slight surface texture variations inside the opening.
  • The structural stitching, main leather exterior, and overall utility of the product are completely unaffected. The pockets open and close perfectly now.
