Hand wash if possible
Where not possible, wash item inside out in laundry bag to best preserve the item
Use a gentle machine cycle and wash cold (max 30ºC)
Wash with similar colours to avoid possible transfer of dye
Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, and stain removers
Dry flat; fold, don’t hang to avoid stretching
Iron with low heat
